MORE THAN MANUFACTURER
A 365 DAYS A YEAR LIGHTING PARTNER
LIGHTING 365 DAYS A YEAR

Each of your projects is unique and requires a feasibility study to ensure optimal operation throughout the year and in every situation. Depending on the requirements, the solar lighting solution chosen will have an appropriate sizing of components and design.
For this, our design office will be on hand to guide you through each stage of your project.

SOLAR LIGHTING,
HOW DOES IT WORK ?

During the day, the solar panel (1) captures energy from the sun's rays (2), allowing it to store this same energy in the battery (3) going through the controller (4).

At nightfall (or when you need it), the energy stored in the battery then powers the LED( 5) by going through the controller.

OUR DESIGN OFFICE
TOGETHER WITH YOU

Due to Solux luminaire’s autonomous operation, unlike grid-connected lighting, solar lighting solutions require expertise in both lighting and energy. For every project our Design team will make a feasibility study to help you select the appropriate luminaire .

LIGHT AND ENERGY STUDY ,THE STEPS

1. LIGHTING STUDY

After your team and ours discuss the specifics of your project, Solux will perform a Dialux Light simulation, which will allow us to choose the proper power, optics and quantities to meet your lighting goals.

2. OPERATION MODE & LIGHTING SCHEDULE

The lighting programming of our luminaires is completely flexible. The lighting will adapt to all safety and environmental requirements.

3. ESTIMATED DAILY CONSUMPTION

After selecting the lighting power and the lighting schedule, our teams will be able to precisely calculate the daily consumption of the system.

4. SOLAR PANEL SIZING

Using our metrological database software we will be able to simulate the energy production of the selected solar panel according to you the project location.
The solar panel must produce more energy than the daily consumption and this even during the month with lowest solar radiation (winter).

5.BATTERY

SIZING

The energy produced by the solar panel must be stored in the battery which will return this energy to the luminaire at night. The choice of the battery capacity will be made in order to be able to cover the daily consumption, plus 3 days of autonomy. cover the daily consumption, plus 3 days of autonomy.

6. PRODUCT SELECTION

After gathering all informations from previous steps ( Power, Consumption, Panel and battery size ) we can now select and build the right product for the project.

7.MECHANICAL STUDY

This study is very important, because it ensures installation safety of the luminaire Indeed, the wind resistance of the solar panel and its weight oblige us to study precisely the mechanical resistance.

8. ASSEMBLY ASSISTANCE

Despite an ultra-simple installation, Solux will support you with documentation and a toll-free number at any time during your installations.

SOLUX TEAM IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE

EVEN AFTER INSTALLATION

Whether for a technical question, an opinion or maintenance, the Solux technical team will always be available through our documentation, by telephone or on site.
